"Howard removed old wooden terraces from my sloped yard and constructed new rock terraces that blended new and old rock together. He did a great job turning an eyesore into a thing of beauty. He is a hard worker and completed the job in a timely manner. "

"First and foremost, Howard is an artist. We asked him to take a look at our front yard to design something that required no grass – knowing that water is going to become scarce. When he came to study in our front yard, he immediately started seeing his vision and gave us enough information to where we could see where he was going. However, Howard warns us that he has to first start with a clean slate. He gave us a vision and a bid on the very same day. The other three quotes were no help. One guy didn't call us back. The other two spent weeks trying find out what we wanted instead of sharing ideas with us. On Day 1, Howard completely took out all the sod, all the bushes and a dead tree. At the end of Day 2, Howard had already started his artwork. After Day 3, neighbors were already starting to comment on how attractive and creative it was. He was done at the end of Day 4. A complete transformation, a worthy piece of art covered our new yard. All neighbors love it. We couldn't be happier. He came in on bid. Every time I get up in the middle of the night, I take a look at it and have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. Beyond his creative skills, Howard is the hardest working person we have ever witnessed. We trust him without any hesitation. We HIGHLY recommend him and hope that you include him in your bidding process. You'll be glad you did! "

"Howard is exceptional. He goes waaay beyond what is expected. He installed steps to the river, leveled an area for a bench, installed an arbor and even planted the vines for the arbor.
